When you apply for a job, an internship program, or join our Freelancer Network or Talent Pool, we collect only the information needed to review your application — such as your full name, email address, phone number, city, qualifications and work experience, CV, and any additional details you voluntarily provide in the form.
We do not request or collect, at the initial application stage, any sensitive information such as National ID numbers, bank account details, or credit card information.
How We Use Your Information
The information you submit is used solely to review your application, communicate with you about it, and assess your fit for current or future opportunities at AWJ.
Storage and Protection
Form submissions are sent directly to our recruitment team over a secure channel and are treated as strictly confidential. We are developing a dedicated storage and retrieval system for applications that will provide an additional layer of protection; this policy will be updated once it is in place.
Sharing Your Information
Your information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and is used solely for AWJ's recruitment process.
